Sixteen games are set this weekend, including a pair of three-game ACC series as several teams break for final exams ... Boston College carries a four-game winning streak into its series at No. 10 North Carolina, which has posted shutout wins in its last two starts ... Top-ranked Florida State carries an eight-game winning streak into its series with visiting Maryland, which hopes to remain in the hunt for one of the eight spots in the ACC Championship, set for May 23-27 at Greensboro, N.C. ... The first game of the Maryland-FSU series on Saturday will be televised by the ACC's Regional Sports Network ... The third game on Monday night will be telecast nationally by ESPNU ... Clemson catcher Spencer Kieboom was named the ACC Player of the Week ... NC State's Anthony Tzamtzis earned Pitcher of the Week honors ... Five ACC teams have hit the 30-win plateau so far, and five are ranked among the Top 25 nationally in at least one major poll.

10 - Hits totaled by ACC Player of the Week Spencer Kieboom of Clemson as the Tigers took two of three games at Georgia Tech last weekend. That included a 5-for-5 showing and a grand slam with five RBI on Saturday.

244 - Maryland pitcher Brett Harman has surpassed assistant coach Eric Milton for third place on the Terps' career strikeouts list. The senior now has 244 career strikeouts after fanning 10 Virginia Tech batters in eight innings in last Saturday's 8-1 win.

Of note: North Carolina leads the all-time series with Boston College with an 11-1 mark since the series began in 2006 ... The teams have not met since 2009, when the Tar Heels took two of three in the regular-season series finale at Boston College.

The Seminoles have not lost to the Terrapins at home since March 26, 1998 (14-6), a streak of 20 consecutive wins for the Noles on their home turf.
