Six ACC Golfers Named Golfweek All-Americans

GREENSBORO, N.C. – Six ACC golfers from five league programs garnered All-America accolades, as the Golfweek and PING All-America teams were announced this week.

Clemson’s Stephen Behr, the winner of the 2016 Byron Nelson Award and the ACC Scholar-Athlete of the Year, was named a Second Team All-American by Golfweek and is on the PING All-America Third Team. Virginia’s Derek Bard also was named to the PING All-America Third Team, and is a Golfweek Honorable Mention All-American. 

Clemson’s Austin Langdale, Florida State’s Hank Lebioda, Louisville’s Robin Sciot-Siegrist, and Wake Forest’s Will Zalatoris join Bard as Golfweek Honorable Mention All-Americans. Lebioda, Sciot-Siegrist, and Zalatoris also were named PING Honorable Mention All-Americans.
