Last week:  Clemson def. Boston College 34-17; Miami def. Virginia Tech 30-20

Of note: The teams meet for the fi fth time in ACC play but for the fi rst time since Miami’s 30-21 win at Clemson in 2010 ... The teams have split their four ACC meetings with the visiting team winning each ... Interestingly, all three of the Tigers’ wins in the series have come on the Hurricanes’ home fi eld -- ACC wins in 2004 and 2009, and a 15-14 victory in the 1950 Orange Bowl ... Three straight games between the teams were decided in overtime (2004, 2005 and 2009) ... Clemson’s 36-30 win in 2005 went triple-overtime.

Ones to watch:  Jordan Leggett is the first Clemson TE to have four straight games with a touchdown catch since K.D. Dunn in 1983 ... Miami junior CB Artie Burns collected his team-best fourth and ffth interceptions of the year vs. Virginia Tech, the fi rst multi-interception game for a Hurricane since 2013.

Of note:  The teams meet for the 71st time overall and for the 61st consecutive season ... Pitt owns a two-game winning streak in the series, with both wins (17-16 in 2013 and 30-7 last season) coming in ACC play ... QB Chad Voytik threw a pair of touchdown passes to lead the Panthers to last season’s win, and WR Tyler Boyd caught seven passes for 126 yards, including a 49-yard catch-and-run score early in the fourth quarter.

Ones to watch: Pitt PK Chris Blewitt’s 56-yard fi eld goal with just over a minute remaining lifted the Panthers past Georgia Tech last Saturday ... Syracuse sophomore safety Antwan Cordy returned a fumble recovery 44 yards for a touchdown against Virginia

Of note: : The 109th meeting in a series that began in 1895 and has been played consecutively every year since 1910 ... The home team has won each of the last eight years, with Wake Forest’s 2006 win at Carter-Finley the most recent victory by a visiting team ... Last year’s meeting resulted in a 42-13 NC State win at Raleigh ...RB Matt Dayes totaled 113 yards from scrimmage and scored three touchdowns as the Wolfpack defeated the Demon Deacons to earn bowl eligibility.

Ones to watch: NC State WR Jurmichael Ramos had a pair of catches, including an 8-yard TDreception, in the Wolfpack’s ACC road loss at Virginia Tech on Oct. 9 ... Wake Forest WR Cortez Lewis made four catches for 58 yards last Saturday night against North Carolina

Of note:  Boston College travels to Louisville for the fourth time, and the fi rst since the Cardinals’ 52-28 win at home in 1998 ... The teams met for the fi rst time in ACC play last year at Chestnut Hill, with the Cardinals posting a 38-19 victory .... S Gerod Holliman, on his way to an ACC-record 14 interceptions for the season, picked off three passes in last year’s meeting to set up three Louisville scores ... RB Jon Hilliman ran 17 times for 42 yards and two touchdowns to lead Boston College.

Ones to watch:  BC junior RB Myles Willis rushed for a team-high 88 yards on 15 carries in last weekend’s loss at No. 5 Clemson ... Louisville WR James Quick had fi ve receptions for 130 yards and all three Cardinal touchdowns in the loss at No. 8 Florida State

Of note:  Virginia Tech seeks its second straight series win and its 14th in the last 15 meetings when it welcomes the Blue Devils to Blacksburg ... Duke snapped a 12-game losing streak in headto-head meetings two years ago with a 13-10 win at Lane Stadium ... Virginia Tech posted a 17-16 victory last season in Durham ... The Hokies forced three turnovers, and QB Michael Brewer threw touchdown passes to TE Bucky Hodges and WR Isaiah Ford.

Ones to watch:  LB Dwayne Norman posted a team-high 11 tackles, including one tackle for loss, and forced a fumble in Duke’s 44-3 win at Army on Oct. 10 ... Virginia Tech RB Travon McMillian rushed for a career-high 99 yards and caught a TD pass in last Saturday’s ACC loss at Miami.

Of note: : North Carolina has won fi ve straight in the the ACC’s most-played rivalry which was fi rst played in 1892 ... Saturday’s game will mark the 120th all-time game between the schools and the 53rd consecutive year the teams have met ... UNC claimed a 28-27 win last year in Charlottesville on backup QB Mitch Trubisky’s 16-yard touchdown pass to WR T.J. Thorpe on Trubisky’s only play of the game with 4:05 remaining ... Ironically, Thorpe -- now a grad student at Virginia -- will suit up for the Cavaliers this Saturday.

Ones to watch: Virginia RB Taquan Mizzell had a career-high 10 receptions for 69 yards vs. Syracuse last Saturday, extending his reception streak to a team-leading 27 games ... UNC DE Junior Gnonkonde had nine tackles, including two sacks and 2.5 total tackles for loss, against Wake Forest

The Coaches:  Jimbo Fisher: 64-11 (6th year) at Florida State and overall; Paul Johnson: 60-40 (8th year) at Georgia Tech; 167-79 (19th year) overall

Last week:  Florida State def. Louisville 41-21; Georgia Tech def. Pitt 31-28

Of note: This week’s game marks the fi rst between the Seminoles and Yellow Jackets in ACC regularseason play since 2009, but they met in the Dr Pepper ACC Football Championship game in 2012 (a 21-15 FSU win) and again in 2014 (a 37-35 Seminoles’ victory) ... Georgia Tech claimed the two most recent regular-season games, including the Yellow Jackets’ only series win in Tallahassee to date by a 49-44 score in 2009 ... The last fi ve meetings between the two teams were decided by a total of 17 points

Ones to watch:  Florida State WR Kermit Whitfi eld caught nine passes for 172 yards against Louisville, including a 70-yard TD reception for the go-ahead score in the second half ... Georgia Tech BB Marcus Marshall rushed for 159 yards on 10 carries -- his second career 100-yard game -- against Pitt
