Of note: Clemson has won the last five meetings to take a 7-4 edge in ACC games between the teams ... The Tigers hold an overall edge in series games played in the Boston area, which includes games at Fenway Park and Braves Field ... The Eagles are 4-3 versus the Tigers in Chestnut Hill ... Last year’s game at Death Valley saw Clemson double up BC by a 34-17 score as QB Deshaun Watson threw three touchdown passes ... The teams first met in the 1939 Cotton Bowl (a 6-3 Tigers’ win).

Ones to watch: LB Ben Boulware led Clemson with a career-high 18 tackles vs. Louisville, including three tackles for loss and one sack  ... DE Harold Landry recorded a sack and forced a fumble as Boston College limited Buffalo to 67 yards -- third fewest ever by an Eagles opponent.

Of note: Saturday’s game closes a run of three straight weeks of ACC teams for Notre Dame, which lost to Duke on Sept. 24 and defeated Syracuse last week ... The Fighting Irish have home dates with Miami and Virginia Tech set for later in the season ... The only prior meeting between the Wolfpack and Fighting Irish came in the Gator Bowl at the conclusion of the 2002 season, where QB Philip Rivers led a 28-6 NC State victory that capped an 11-3 season.

Ones to watch:  Junior QB DeShone Kizer completed 23 of 35 passes for 471 yards and three touchdowns to lead Notre Dame past Syracuse ... NC State S  Josh Jones had 12 tackles, including nine solo, with one sack and two pass break-ups in the win over Wake Forest.

Of note: After falling to the Yellow Jackets in each of its first two seasons as an ACC member, Pitt  broke through with a 31-28 win in Atlanta last year ... The win was Pitt’s first over the Yellow Jackets since a 42-14 win on the road in 1976 ....QB Nathan Peterman threw three TD passes and PK Chris Blewitt kicked a 56-yard field goal in the closing minutes to lift the Panthers to victory .. Pitt seeks its first win over Tech at home since winning three straight from 1918-20.

Ones to watch:  LB P.J. Davis had a team-high five tackles, including four solo stops, in last week’s game against Miami ... Pitt CB Avonte Maddox returned an interception 33 yards for a touchdown on the game’s final play in last Saturday night’s win over Marshall.

Of note: North Carolina seeks to win for a second consecutive year versus the Coastal Division rival Hokies for the first time since Virginia Tech joined the ACC for the 2004 season ... Virginia Tech holds a 9-3 edge against the Tar Heels in ACC play, including a 5-1 mark in Chapel Hill ... UNC clinched the 2015 Coastal Division title with last November’s 30-27 overtime win in Blacksburg, with QB Marquise Williams finding WR Quinshad Davis on a 5-yard touchdown pass for the game-winner.

Ones to watch: DE Ken Ekanem earned ACC Defensive Lineman of the Week honors following his play in the Hokies’ 54-17 win over East Carolina on Sept. 24 ... PK Nick Weiler connected on a career-long 54-yard field goal as time expired to lift North Carolina past Florida State.

Of note: Blue Devils play host to the Black Knights after making the trip to West Point last year ... Saturday’s game will be the 24th in a series that began with three neutral site games at New York City’s Polo Grounds from 1944 through 1946 ... Duke won last year’s meeting by a 44-3 score behind a strong defensive effort and a pair of touchdowns by backup QB Parker Boehme ... Army won 35-21 on its last visit to Duke in 2010.

Ones to watch: Army sophomore RB Andy Davidson has rushed for a team-high 414 yards and six touchdowns in four games ... Duke LB Ben Humphreys had a team-high 13 tackles to go along with a pass interception in last Saturday’s game against visiting Virginia.

Of note: Syracuse attempts to extend its ACC record versus the Demon Deacons to 4-0, while Wake Forest tries to remain unbeaten at home this season ... The series began in 2006, and the teams split nonconference meetings with each side winning at home (Wake in 2006, Syracuse in 2010) ... The Orange has won all three ACC meetings since joining the league for the 2013 season, including last year’s 30-17 victory as QB Eric Dungey led a second-half comeback.

Ones to watch: Wake Forest WR Chuck Wade has at least one reception in each of his last 13 games, including three vs. NC State ... Syracuse senior WR Brisly Estime totaled 128 yards on four punt returns against Notre Dame -- fourth highest single-game return yardage in school history.

Of note: Miami seeks to snap a six-game series losing streak against the Seminoles, who have  not lost on the Hurricanes’ home field since 2004 (16-10 in overtime at the old Orange Bowl) ...First-year Miami head coach Mark Richt was 2-2 as a player vs. the Seminoles (1979-82) and 6-5 vs. Miami as a Florida State assistant coach (1990-2000) ... FSU won last year’s meeting by a 29-24 score as RB Dalvin Cook ran for 222 yards and three touchdowns.

Ones to watch: FSU redshirt sophomore TE  Ryan Izzo had four catches for 63 yards against North Carolina, including a 34-yarder ... Miami MLB Shaquille Quarterman had eight tackles (one for loss) and returned a fumble 17 yards for a touchdown in the win over Georgia Tech.
