ACC Announces Change in TV Network for Clemson Season Opener

GREENSBORO, N.C. - The Atlantic Coast Conference announced today a change in its TV schedule for the first weekend of the 2010 football season. Clemson's home game with North Texas, scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 4, will now be televised by ESPNU. The game will still have a 3:30 p.m. kickoff at Clemson's Memorial Stadium.

The appearance on ESPNU gives the ACC five nationally televised games on the first weekend of the 2010 football season including Samford at Florida State (Sept. 4, 12 noon, ESPNU), North Carolina vs. LSU in Atlanta (Sept. 4, 8 p.m., ABC), Navy vs. Maryland in Baltimore (Sept. 6, 4 p.m., ESPN) and Boise State vs. Virginia Tech in Landover, Md. (Sept. 6, 8 p.m., ESPN).

ESPNU now is available in 73 million homes nationwide.
