Florida State men's basketball center Solomon Alabi, who is one of the best shot blockers in the nation, blocked seven Boston College shots in the Seminoles' win over the Eagles on Sunday. ACC All Access takes a look at the sophomore's 63 blocks this season, which have him ranked second in the ACC and No. 22 in the nation.

Then ACC All Access profiles North Carolina women's basketball junior center Cetera DeGraffenreid, who leads the ACC in assist-turnover ratio at 1.6, is fourth in the ACC with 71 steals and averages 13 points per game and 5.3 assists per game

The ACC All Access Top 5 highlights the Top 5 Pep Talks by ACC basketball coaches, including Virginia Tech men's head basketball coach Seth Greenberg getting his Hokies fired up for in-state rival Virginia, Boston College women's basketball head coach Sylvia Crawley using her motivational speaking skills to get her Eagles ready to play and Maryland women's basketball head coach Brenda Frese who brings her brand of "fire" to the huddle.

And in this week's ACC All Access Hog Blog, Mike Hogewood talks about the Duke Blue Devils' men's basketball squad, which has a two-game lead in the ACC and is looking like the team to beat down the stretch.
