ACC Teams to be Featured ESPN2’s Big Monday

Duke, Florida State, Louisville and Notre Dame all part of the popular Monday night series

GREENSBORO – ACC teams will be showcased in ESPN2’s 10th annual Big Monday women’s basketball series beginning on January 18. Notre Dame, Duke, Louisville and Florida State will all be featured in games during the Monday night series.

All four ACC teams that will be featured as part of ESPN2’s Big Monday are ranked among ESPN’s Way-too-early Top 25 for 2015-16: No. 6 Notre Dame, No. 7 Louisville, No. 10 Florida State and No. 15 Duke.

Notre Dame will open the 2016 edition of Big Monday when it hosts Tennessee on Jan. 18 as part of ESPN’s My Home Court. The Fighting Irish have won each of the last five meetings against the Lady Vols.

Duke and Notre Dame will meet at Cameron Indoor Stadium on February 1 at 6 p.m., for the first of two ACC games featured on Big Monday. Louisville hosts USF as part of Rivalry Week on February 15 at 9 p.m., and Florida State hosts Notre Dame on February 2 at 7 p.m. as part of ESPN’s Play 4Kay initiative.

All Big Monday telecasts will be streamed live on WatchESPN, accessible on computers, smartphones, tablets and connected devices to fans who receive their video subscription from an affiliated provider.
