Two All Access shows and the conference regular season finale highlight the slate
GREENSBORO, N.C. – ACC Men’s Lacrosse teams will again be prominently featured on ESPNU this week, as well as via ACC Network Extra and CBS Sports Network.
ESPNU All Access will debut two shows Wednesday, April 19 – All Access: UNC Lacrosse (6 p.m. ET), followed by All Access Duke Lacrosse (6:30 p.m. ET) on ESPNU. Paul Carcaterra and Quint Kessenich will give viewers a behind-the-scenes look at both of these historic lacrosse programs, from the field and locker room, to workouts and meals. This Saturday’s slate of games includes matchups on ESPNU and ACC Network Extra, with the No. 17/16 Tar Heels meeting No. 6/6 Notre Dame at Noon on ESPNU in the final conference game of the regular season, and top-ranked Syracuse hosting Binghamton at 2 p.m., on ACC Network Extra. Fourth-ranked Duke travels to Marquette for a 1 p.m. game that will be broadcast on CBS Sports Network.
ESPNU will also broadcast all three games of the 2017 ACC Championship, with Anish Shroff joining Kessenich and Carcaterra on the call. The ACC Championship Semifinals are set for 6 and 8:30 p.m. on Friday, April 28, followed by the noon title game on Sunday, April 30. The seeds and championship bracket will be announced following the outcome of the North Carolina at Notre Dame game on Saturday.
Four ACC teams are ranked in this week’s national polls, including three in the top six, led by No. 1/1 Syracuse. Duke is ranked No. 4/4, Notre Dame No. 6/6 and North Carolina No. 17/16. Virginia is receiving votes in both polls.
