Boston College’s Go recognized after leading Eagles to three titles
GREENSBORO, N.C. (theACC.com) – Boston College freshman Lois Kaye Go has been named the first ACC Women’s Golfer of the Month for the 2016-17 academic year after leading the Eagles to first-place finishes in all three of their September team tournaments.
Go earned medalist honors at the Dartmouth Invitational on Sept. 24-25 with a 3-under score of 141 (71-70). Earlier in the month, the Cebu City, Philippines, native placed third in both the ISU Redbird Invitational and the Golfweek Program Challenge, carding three-round scores of 214 in both events.
Go has not shot over a 72 in her last seven rounds of golf and has not posted a score above 73 this season.
