Tigers Defeat Virginia, 59-10

The Clemson football team defeated Virginia by a score of 59-10 in Charlottesville, VA on Saturday to improve to 8-1 (6-1 ACC) on the season. In his return to his home state, Tajh Boyd was 24-for-29 for 377 yards. He threw three touchdown passes and added a one-yard rushing touchdown as well. Sammy Watkins had eight receptions for 169 yards and two touchdowns, and Roderick McDowell also scored two touchdowns on the day. Jayron Kearse had an interception and a caused fumble for the Clemson defense.
