GREENSBORO, N.C. – Tickets for the semifinals and finals of the 2013 ACC Men’s Soccer Championship, to be held Nov. 15-17 at Maryland SoccerPlex, are on sale now.
The 2013 ACC Men’s Soccer Championship will be the first under the new-look ACC with 12 teams in the league. The eight-team tournament will culminate with the semifinals and finals in Germantown, Md., at Maryland SoccerPlex.
This season is the third time that the event has been held at the facility, including last year when the Maryland Terrapins defeated the North Carolina Tar Heels for the league title in front of 9,341 fans. In total, over 32,000 people have watched the tournament in its two years at Maryland SoccerPlex.
Six league squads are currently ranked in the national polls, led by No. 2 Notre Dame, No. 12 Maryland, and No. 14 Clemson.
At least one ACC team has advanced to the Men’s College Cup in 12 straight seasons, where league teams have won five of the last eight national championships and 15 overall.
Single session tickets purchased in advance are available for $10 for adults, $7 for youth, and $5 for students that attend an ACC institution. Three-game packages can be purchased for $17.50 for adults and $10.50 for youth.
