Mike Brey, in his 14th season as the Fighting Irish head coach, welcomes back four upper class starters from a team that finished 25-10 overall (marking the seventh straight 20-win season) and tied for fifth place in the Big East Conference with a 11-7 league mark ... Notre Dame made its fourth-straight NCAA Tournament appearance, and sixth in the last seven years ... the Irish have made the post-season in each of Brey’s 14 years in South Bend ... the 25 wins tied for the second-most in Brey’s tenure ... last year’s senior class was the school’s all-time winningest totaling 97 wins over the last four seasons ...
