ACC Coaches Mike Krzyzewski, Roy Williams and Jim Boeheim Welcome Rick Pitino to the ACC

Watch “The Hall of Famers” on the ACC Digital Network

Charlotte, N.C. -- The ACC Digital Network released their first video today featuring Louisville’s Rick Pitino. Pitino will be the newest head men’s basketball coach to join the Atlantic Coast Conference when the Cardinals become an official member on July 1st. The ACCDN once again brings fans immediate behind the scenes access to the newest member school.   It’s rare that you will see these four high profile coaches together in such a casual setting as they share personal stories and talk about their love of the game.

The first feature entitled “I Saved the Marriage” is the first of six unique videos the ACCDN captured when the four coaches took a quick break together at the conference meetings in Amelia Island, Florida.  Viewers will get a glimpse into the strong history they have together and even enjoy a little humor as the first one opens with a friendly jab from Coach Boeheim to Rick Pitino. “He’s always late… he’s empowered” said Syracuse’s Jim Boeheim of Rick Pitino.   Watch Here

Fans can watch the Hall of Famers series on theACC.com, through the ACC Mobile App, and on the newest connected TVs like Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV and Roku. They will be released as follows:

Fans who watch the ACC Digital Network closely, will also notice the use of the ACC Digital Network new brand logo.  The new look, set to be launched everywhere on July 1, embraces the relationship with the ACC and their new brand marks, while signifying the progressive vision the Atlantic Coast Conference had when launching the network in 2011 with Raycom Sports and Silver Chalice.  The ACCDN continues to grow as a go-to source for fans that want to keep up with their favorite sports team by providing immediate access to game highlights, historic footage and storylines across the conference.
