@ACCMBB Announces Starting Time Changes For Monday Games

 

Maryland-Virginia game moved to 9 p.m. start; Miami-FSU to tip at 7 p.m.

GREENSBORO, N.C. – Due to the appearance of President Barack Obama in Charlottesville, Va., on Monday, Feb. 10, the Atlantic Coast Conference announced that Virginia’s home men’s basketball game with Maryland, originally scheduled for a 7 p.m. tip, has been moved to a 9 p.m. start.  As a result, working in conjunction with ESPN, the game will now be televised on ESPNU.

With the change, the Miami at Florida State game, originally scheduled for 9 p.m. on ESPNU, will move into the “Big Monday” slot on ESPN with a 7 p.m. tip.
