Greensboro, N.C. (theACC.com) – Wake Forest’s Borna Gojo has been named ACC Men’s Tennis Player of the Week, and North Carolina’s duo of William Blumberg and Blaine Boyden have been selected as the Doubles Team of the Week.
 
Gojo shined for Wake Forest in wins over No. 11 North Carolina (5-2), No. 49 Georgia Tech (4-1) and Clemson (7-0). The sophomore form Split, Croatia, won both his singles matches, top-30 wins over No. 26 Blumberg and No. 30 Carlos Divar of Georgia Tech.
 
Blumberg, a junior from Greenwich, Connecticut, and Boyden, a senior from Raleigh, North Carolina, won both of their doubles matches in a loss to No. 3 Wake Forest and a 6-1 win over No. 26 Florida State. The North Carolina pair took down 61st-ranked Gojo and Alan Gadjiev, 6-4, and then took down Florida State’s Sebastian Arcila and Alex Knaff, 6-3.
