Greensboro, N.C. (theACC.com) – Wake Forest’s Borna Gojo has been named ACC Men’s Tennis Player of the Week, and NC State’s pair of Alexis Galarneau and Michael Ogden have been selected as the Doubles Team of the Week.
 
Gojo was key in Wake Forest’s wins over No. 14 Notre Dame (6-1), No. 30 NC State (4-2) and Boston College. The sophomore form Split, Croatia, won both his singles matches, including a victory over No. 18-ranked Galarneau, 7-5, 6-1.
 
Galarneau, a junior from Laval, Canada, and Ogden, a senior from Salisbury, North Carolina, had a strong week for NC State in wins over No. 14 Notre Dame (5-0), Boston College, and a loss to No. 2 Wake Forest. The duo took down the No. 61-ranked pair of Gojo and Alan Gadjiev, 6-3, and Notre Dame’s doubles team of Grayson Broadus and Matt Gamble, 6-1.
