This will be the second all-time meeting between the Jackets and Huskies. Washington is one of 10 teams on Georgia Tech's schedule this season that they have played fewer than five times historically.
The teams have met just once in history, a 107-59 Maryland victory in 2000. A win over Stony Brook would give Maryland a winning streak of 10 games for the 11th time in school history.
Duke juniors Chelsea Gray and Chloe Wells are both from California. Wells will get a chance to play in her home state for the first time in college, while Gray will play for the second time as Duke was in the Fresno Regional last year for two contests.
Saturday, Dec. 22 Georgia Tech hosts the Citadel at McCamish Pavilion. Last time on the court, the Yellow Jacketshad no trouble beating the Alabama State 75-4, moving to 5-0 in their new arena.
