The game is the culmination of the network's fifth annual Jimmy V Week. This will be the fifth all-time meeting between NC State and Connecticut with the series even at two games each. The last time the two programs played was in the 2005 NCAA Tournament with the Pack advancing to the Sweet Sixteen.
