North Carolina is having a dinner on Friday, September 27, for its honored athletes and their families.

Lettermen's Day for all former athletes had already been scheduled for Saturday, September 28, the day of the Georgia Tech football game. This function includes a separate picnic lunch for each of UNC's athletic teams around Kenan Stadium. The Top 50 athletes will go to their teams' respective picnics. This will give them a chance to see a number of their former teammates, in addition to those who are on the Top 50 list.

A section of the football game program will be devoted to the Top 50 selections. They will also be recognized at halftime of the football game.
