GREENSBORO, N.C. - ACC All Access has full coverage of the ACC Women's Basketball Tournament from Greensboro, North Carolina where the North Carolina Tar Heels won their 4th straight ACC title and earned an automatic bid to the NCAA tournament and a likely No. 1 seed.
Cary C. Boshamer Stadium is the home of the University of North Carolina baseball program, and the place where the Tar Heels have hosted more than 750 games since 1972. Located in the heart of the Carolina campus, the stadium was a gift from 1917 Carolina graduate and textile industrialist Cary C. Boshamer and has played host to the New York Yankees in exhibition games in 1977, 1979 and 1981 and to the 1987 U.S. Olympic Festival. ACC All Access reporter Heather Catlin spotlights the renovations and improvements being done on Boshamer Stadium, informally known as "The Bosh."
On the Top 5 list, ACC All Access lists the top five great moments in the history of the ACC Men's Basketball Tournament including the classic1974 final between top-ranked North Carolina State and Maryland, a game that rivaled an NCAA Final matchup in intensity.
