ESPN3 is ESPN's live sports broadband network, giving fans a 24/7 online destination that delivers thousands of live sports events annually. It is available at no additional cost to fans who receive their high-speed Internet connection/cable subscription from an affiliated service provider. ESPN3 is currently available in more than 65 million homes. It is also available at no cost to approximately 21 million U.S. college students and U.S.-based military personnel via computers connected to on-campus educational networks and on-base military networks. The network is expanding its reach to all screens. In November 2010, ESPN3 launched on the Microsoft Xbox gaming console to a community of 25 million people via Xbox LIVE (Gold level membership). This Spring, ESPN3 will launch on Apple and Android tablet and mobile devices.
