  • •  Duke hasbeen preseason nationally ranked No. 2 in the Sporting News and Lindy's Magazines, while earning a No. 3 listing in the USA Today Sports Magazine.
  • •  The Blue Devils return 93.7 percent of their scoring from a year ago, including all five starters, 11 letterwinners and its top seven scorer’s from a year ago.
  • •  Duke will welcome the No. 2 overall recruiting class in the nation with the addition of Rebecca Greenwell, Oderah Chidom, Kianna Holland and Kendall McCravey-Cooper.
  • •  Duke’s senior class of Tricia Liston, Haley Peters, Chelsea Gray, Chloe Wells and Richa Jackson came into Duke as the No. 1 ranked recruiting class and has not disappointed leading Duke to three ACC regular season crowns, two ACC Tournament titles, three straight NCAA Elite Eight appearances and a record of 92-13.  The group look to close out their career with the school’s first NCAA Championship.
  • •  Duke returns All-America selections Chelsea Gray and Elizabeth Williams along with All-ACC honorees Tricia Liston and Haley Peters to the lineup in 2013-14.  The Blue Devils also welcome back ACC Tournament MVP Alexis Jones.
  • •  Senior Chelsea Gray returns to the court in 2013-14, after suffering a dislocated kneecap last February and was forced to miss the rest of the season.  She is expected to be on the court with the Blue Devils when Duke opens the season at nationally-ranked California on Nov. 10.  It will mark homecoming for Gray as she is from Stockton, Calif.
  • •  Head coach Joanne P. McCallie enters her seventh season at the helm of the Blue Devils and has been selected the ACC Coach of the Year in three out of the last four years.  She owns a career record of 490-183 and is only 10 wins away from reaching 500 career wins.
  • •  Duke features a 39-game home winning streak against ACC opponents in Cameron Indoor Stadium.
  • •  The Blue Devils are coming off winning its fourth straight ACC regular season title and the second consecutive outright crown.  Duke totaled its eighth overall ACC Championship and the third under head coach Joanne P. McCallie.
  • •  Duke features its top seven scorer’s from a year ago returning in 2013-14.
  • •  Sophomore Alexis Jones (U19 World Championship Team) and senior Tricia Liston (World University Games Team) led USA Basketball to gold medals over the summer in Lithuania and Russia, respectively.  The gold medal for Jones was the third of her career.
  • •  Duke has advanced to the NCAA Elite Eight over the past four straight years.\
